Does AWR capture every SQL/PLSQL in "Complete list of SQL Text" category

Dear All,

Before posting this, I did some googling and went through Oracle documentation but the answers are not straightforward.


I would like to know Does AWR capture every SQL/PLSQL in the "Complete list of SQL Text" category in AWR Report in a given snapshot time frame and what is the criteria to capture & not capture SQL/PLSQL statements? Our current version Oracle is 19.18C RDBMS. Thanks in advance!
