PLSQL slowness

Dear All,

We have PLSQL Block(Coming from App) which is running slow and it has spawned multiple SQLs. While troubleshooting it is getting difficult to narrow down which SQL is causing the slowness. Could anybody shed somelight on how to deal with BIG PLSQL Blocks when App team come to DBA to find out slowness. Our version is oracle 19C RAC on Exacc.
