OLVM/KVM clustering mechanism

I'm implementing OLVM4.5 on some X9-2L's in two separate clusters. I have some questions on the specifics of how clustering protection mechanisms work and I can't find any reference material that goes very deep. I know about the fencing mechanism part, I'm more concerned with how to implement the cluster in a highly resilient and redundant manner.


I'm familiar with OVM Storage and Network heartbeat mechanisms as well as OCFS2's role, not so much with OLVM/KVM.


Can anyone point me to a blog post or white paper on this?
