can TCPS connections be configured to a RAC database with a scan listener (19c)

Oracle RAC database 19c with scan listener configured.

Looking to setup a wallet on an application server and a datastore in WebLogic to use TCPS.

Just one database would be using TCPS and all the others would connect with TCP.

Concerned that the scan listener will require TCPS from all databases if configured. Or can it be conditional to unencrypt if encrypted otherwise just pass to the local listener.
