Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

We recently applied an year-end ESU , however, after applying the ESU there is an exception against the data structure (D7700250B).

It gives an exception stating "id item 149 not found in the template D7700250B" .

Also, I am unable to see the newly added data structure parameter in "Write Print T4 forms" BSFN (B7700250).

This is leading in not printing the box 45 in the T4 form.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
