Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we create a customer Linked to below Party by using API HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_V2PUB.CREATE_CUST_ACCOUN

At one of my client using r12.2.4 We have created a party by API hz_party_v2pub.create_organization.

Can we create a customer Linked to above Party by using API HZ_CUST_ACCOUNT_V2PUB.CREATE_CUST_ACCOUNT
