Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to set up Cash Application Owner to the person who applied the receipt?

Oracle Applications : 12.2.9

We have tried a few things but the owner that gets assigned is the default owner.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks
