Set Up Items to Fill from Stock on an Item-by-Item Basis?

PSFSCM Version 9.2.042

Hi. Our organization does not use the Check Inventory or Source to Inventory checkboxes for our Requisition Sourcing, but there are times when an item is overstocked in an Inventory BU and we'd like to route orders to that IBU as Stock Requests instead of going out on Purchase Orders. Is there a way to accomplish this for specific items and without having to change the Req Sourcing workflow for the entire organization? I will also add that our organization does not use PO Auto Sourcing, but instead runs our own PS Job to go through REQSOURCE, POCALC, and POCREATE.
