Merge Data Pump Proactive Patches into the Database Release Update Patch

Data Pump Recommended Proactive Patches For 19.10 and Above (Doc ID 2819284.1)

Problem:

For the 19c Oracle Database on Linux and Windows every time I need to apply the Database Release Update Patch I need first to rollback the previous Data Pump Proactive Patch.

This is going on for a very long time and it not practical for customers.

Enhancement Request:

Please, merge the Data Pump Proactive Patches into the next Database Release Update Patch to make it simple for the customers to patch 19c Databases on Linux and Windows.

Example:

A. Rollback patch 35787077 data pump ora 19.21

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch rollback -id 35787077b
