I can not deinstall WebLogic using deinstall.cmd

I'm trying to uninstall WebLogic using %Oracle_Home%/oui/bin/deinstall. The uninstall menu appears, prompting to select a distribution to uninstall. Problem is I can't uninstall (uninstall button inactive) any of them. Thoughts on fix or manually de-installing are appreciated. Thanks Steve
