For 1099 Electronic file, R8904515OW does not populate data to the F04515OW table.

When we run the batch application, R8904515OW, it does not populate data to the F04515OW table.  Is there a change in 2023 in order to have that data written to the F04515OW table?

Data is in the F04514 table.
