Generating Compliant CSV Files for IRS IRIS E-filing from Oracle EBS 12.2.6 Payables

Oracle EBS 12.2.6 Payables

We are currently preparing for Tax Year 2023 IRS submissions and are required to e-file 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC data via the IRS's IRIS system. We have utilized the "1099 Forms - Comma Delimited Format" concurrent request within Oracle EBS 12.2.6 Payables. However, the output does not align with the IRS's CSV format requirements (see attached for reference).

My search on Metalink hasn't yielded much information regarding this specific issue. I'm reaching out to see if anyone in the community is also e-filing to IRIS this year and, if so, how you are managing to generate IRS-compliant CSV files directly from EBS.
