R42500 R47500 working until Ship confirm but PO receival is not happening 9.2

Hi,

We are upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2.

In the current 9.1 environment, R42500, R47500 are used to shipconfirm and receive which is working fine.

But in the upgraded 9.2 environment, Only shipconfirm is working but receival of PO is not happening and we are getting WC messages, like Supplier Lot must be entered, and Lot serial Number must be entered.

As of now F4101.SRNR and F4102.SRNR is at 3(Supplier Lot required) and in 9.1, it is working

But When we changed this setup to Y or N for items in 9.2 the receival is working.

Let me know if There is any change done for this process by oracle as a part of 9.2
