Oracle VIrtual Manager vm not starting with failed LUNS

I hope someone can help me with this query.

We migrated a VM Cluster to another physical location.

One of the hosted vms is an Oracle Database server using ASM disks that are presented as LUNS passed through from the host OS.

We are getting the following error when trying to start the vm.

"VM is down with error. Exit message: Bad volume specification Drive not visible."

Where can we look for a reason or cause of this issue, and how do we rectify it.
