How to decode in wireshark a packet trace of a TLS capture?.

Often I use the packet trace tool to capture the packets and analyze it using wireshark, but in the TLS trunks the Signaling messages comes encrypted with TLS and is not possible to troubleshoot it.

Anyone have a guide to decode the TLS packets from wireshark?
