How can I add all columns from grid to xml template?

Hi,

I would like to add a new piece of information to the Printout/RD in Bi Publisher. However, the information I want to include is not within the position I can select from the "Field" option in BI Publisher. I have downloaded the RD Source (.xml file R43500) from the PO Printout.

How can I add information from the grid to Bi Publisher?
