How to use Enterprise Manager to monitor shared pool of a server and send email alerts to admin?

Good morning, the version for the Oracle Database used is version 19.3.0.0.0 and the version of the Enterprise Manager is Cloud Control 13 C.

I would like to ask how to use Enterprise Manager to monitor the memory and performance of the shared pool of the server. And also, how to send email alerts to the admin when the memory and the performance of the shared pool exists certain percentage.
