Cannot connect to local coherence cluster managed by WebLogic 12.2.1.4 from external java process

Hi folks, I'm doing local development and I have configured a weblogic instance with version 12.2.1.4, this has coherence with the same version.


I have configured a coherence cluster with 2 managed server in my local, I have deployed a GAR application to this coherence cluster and deployment is fine, the cluster is formed with 2 members with storage enabled as true.


My application loads data to this cache from an external process (standalone java process that connects to the cluster, loads the data and then exits the cluster)


I'm having a hard time trying to connect to the coherence cluster initiated from my WebLogic instance, this is how I try to join the cluster:
