Adding a new Voting Disk/Voting File to an running system without or minimal downtime

When running Oracle 12.2.0.1 and GRID 19.8.. what would be the commands to add a second a third Voting Disk into ASM?

It is a RAC 2 node, having a single Voting Disk and I would like to have 3.

I have 2 ASM DG (+DATA & +FRA) and the current Voting Disk is in +DATA.

I would like to have 2 Voting Files in +DATA and 1 in +FRA.

(I can't have more ASM DG for now due to lack of disk availability).

And please, instead of a generic example, I would need the command to copy/paste, since I tried multiple random examples and the syntax were incorrect.
