Facing Issue while sending email attachment in Oracle

Hello,

I am using FND_REQUEST.add_delivery_option and FND_REQUEST.submit_request to deliver report pdf output to users by email from Oracle Applications version 12.2.11 , it was working fine in ealier version 12.2.7 but now the attachment is not coming correctly. pls advice.
