Add Space to Tablespaces Correction Job Returns Error

Product: Oracle Product: Enterprise Manager 13c R5

I am trying to create a correction action job of type "Add Space to Tablespace".

I created the job and selected the PDB target. In the parameters, I only changed the parameter Datafile Template.

The job fails with the following generated log file. It complains that the tablespace name is not provided.

Can anyone help on this one please?

Increase Tablespace Size (MB): 100

Host: srv1.localdomain.localdomain

Increase Bigfile Size (%): 5

Tablespace: 

Maximum Disk Usage (%): 90

Datafile Template: %key_value_name%2.dbf

Autoextend Next Size (MB): 20

How to Increase Space: Increase by %

Initial Datafile Size (MB): 100
