Where can we find the Load Dental Care Eligibility process (RUNCTL_CTX905DP)?

We have discovered that we are missing the Load Dental Care Eligibility process (RUNCTL_CTX905DP)

We upgraded to PUM47 in late November 2023 and applied the tax update (Jan 11th 2024) to our test database to commence T4 testing. We have some aspects like the PS_CAN_DENTAL_ELIG table and the CAN_DENTAL_ELIG record definition but we don't seem to have the menu option or program to run the Load Dental Care Eligibility process.

Which PUM or bug patch can we find the Load Dental Eligibility program? Is it an sqr or cobol program?

To install the fixes (patches 36119853, 36109187, 35932724, 36215821 some of which were released after Jan 11th) for the Dental Care process, can this be done successfully on PUM47 or must we upgrade to PUM48?
