The Order configuration is Auto-Calc, Allow Mixed Freight is enabled.

While creating the order release multiple SKUs/Packaged Items getting passed. Current functionality is, first it is creating the full pallets of as per the TIHI defined at the packaged item level. Then it is accommodating the left-over SKUs in a pallet/ship unit as per pallet capacity and in this case, there is a possibility of Splitting of same left-over quantities of SKU to more than one ship unit/pallet.


Basically, the requirement is the left-over quantities of SKU should go into one pallet only but not more than one. for example - if the pallet capacity is 1000 KG and there are 5 SKUs having total left over quantities of more than 1000 Kgs. Then OTM should build pallets in such a way that one SKU shouldn't be there in both even if pallet utilization is not optimized fully.
