Color-Code EnterpriseOne Login Sessions Differently Per Environment is not working properly.

Hi Team,

I am trying to change color code for an environment using UDC-98|CO. I have added a hexa color code for an environment - #49b1bb and cleared cache and restarted JAS instance. #49b1bb color code is reflecting only one place(hamburger menu icon) after login in environment but not in full page. PFA. Please suggest.
