Will Oracle be supplying a patch for the new UK Neonatal Leave and Neonatal Leave Pay legislation?

Will Oracle be supplying a patch for the new UK Neonatal Leave and Neonatal Leave Pay legislation?  It was made law on 24 May 2023 and will be effective from April 2025. Is there a possible timeline for this patch?

This will be needed for R12.2 and Cloud
