Any experience with burstables instances in OCI for PeopleSoft

Have any customers experimented with burstable instances in OCI? We have a number of non-prod servers (Linux and Windows) are sized small but we get numerous performance alerts (from a 3rd-party product) that I suspect are caused by OCI scans.

I am considering setting them as burstable instances so the OCPU/memory can be set low but the spikes will not trigger alerts.
