PDF Media Objects

Hello All,

We are on 9.2.4.6 TR and all the media objects are stored in the database.

We have a requirement to send the PDF media objects attached in P4310 as a notification, however the path that is retrieved from the media object table is not present in the deployment server, and hence we are not able to include the media objects in the notification.

Is there any option to retrieve the PDF media objects from JDE?

Kindly advise. Thank you!
