Requisition Change Order being rejected after approval

Hello,

We have a Requisition Change Order raised for an Approved PO.

The RCO has been approved by the buyer, however it is then rejected by the system with 'Response Reason: Exception when processing the change request : Price cannot be changed because there are pending receiving transactions'.

Other lines on the requisition can be updated (price).

There are no invoices or receipts against the PO line.

I have looked through the FAQ Change Request (Doc ID 387972.1), How To Diagnose An Issue In Requester Change Order Processing (Doc ID 453551.1) and the Technical Brief.

Any help is much appreciated.
