Requisition from Replenishment not considering UOM Conversion

PeopleSoft 9.2.46 PeopleTools 8.60.07

We've encountered something odd since upgrading from PUM 38 to 46. When a user runs replenishment in PeopleSoft, the requisitions created do not seem to consider any UOM Conversions.

For example, item 123's standard UOM is EA, but has a conversion and conversion rate (80) set up in the UOM page to order by CS.

When the item comes up for replenishment and a requisition is created, the UOM on the Requisition line for this item is EA. If we manually create a requisition for this item, the UOM is as expected with CS.

CS is also the default requisition UOM.
