We have migrated the existing mailbox from on-prem mailbox to cloud mailbox the automation
Below are the questions which they have asked and looking for solution.
1) We want to know the configuration instructions if the mailbox is deleted and recreated so the emails can be scanned from the oracle database to generate the invoices
2) Also We have migrated the existing mailbox from on-prem mailbox to cloud mailbox the automation of scanning from oracle has been stopped
Hence we need to know whether cloud mailbox is supported in oracle infra
Or we need to revert the mailbox from cloud to on-prem
3) if we do so will the automation will work or need to configure again
