Peoplesoft Lease-Set up of Building id , Property id and asset profile

I trying to create a building lease. Here i need to have building id populated. taking reference of below screen . I could see building id , but am trying to understand how to feed data, is there any set up page to provide property id and building id?

Likewise tried to create new Leased Asset profile for new set id , i dont see them . If i create for existing set id US001, i could see them , whereas for new set id the look up of asset profile is blank. Any idea to check any further related set ups.
