Has anyone added the Administrator to the Life Event Activity Guide on the Document Upload Step?
We are currently on HCM 9.2.47 for Benefits and are running tools 8.59.15.
I followed the document - Fluid Benefits – Provide Admin Ability to Close Life Event Activity Guide. It works like a champ on Completing and even Cancelling the Life Event. I'm looking to take it one step further and allow the Administrator access to upload documents as well from this page.
I have added the Administrator to the Document Upload Step in the Category, created a new effective dated Life Event row, and the Administrator does already have EDITALL on the document definitions.
The Administrator sees a blank screen as if it were security related.
