Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. New Document Regarding Transcript Withholding for Students Owing a Balance on Title IV Aid

There is a new Federal requirement that mandates students who have Title IV funds and owe a balance should not have their transcript withheld.

This new document provides additional details about PeopleSoft functionality to meet the new regulation.
