Dependent Age-out Adjust Medical Plan options

Product : Oracle EBS

Verison : R12.2.5

When we run the "Maintain Designee Eligibility". Dependents who are aged out are getting ended from Medical/Vision/Dental plans and is create Dependent Age out life event.

When we process this event life event, we want the Medical/Dental/Vision to be adjusted to the right option i.e if Employee has only dependent and is aged-out then Plan shall automatically update Employee only from Employee + 1.

Is there a way we can achieve this ? if yes any pointers would be helpful.
