DynamicReadOnly not working for attribute

With Siebel IP22.5, trying to use DynamicReadOnly for an attribute isn't working, for a multi-level at least.

The root and grandchild product have CfgUIStateModel defined and set to Y.

The grandchild product has all constaints and properties properly defined. The condition for one attribute to be read-only is the value of the other attribute. I've got both of them in UI to test, and it doesn't do anything.

Looking at the renderer I always DynDisable coming as "N".

What to do? Any suggestions?
