Privileges for Oracle Data Guard?

We use Oracle Enterprise Edition 19c (19.20.0.0)

Question: Are there now also lower privileges for Oracle Data Guard with which the user can only issue the "show"-command ("show Database" or "show Configuration")?

In the Internet I can only find informations about the "sysdb"-privilege for Data Guard. 

But with this privilege the user has quite a lot of options in the database.
