Hi i have database 11.2.0.4 version . I want ot know if it's possibile and the steps to create a webservice.

My idea is to riceive by browser a request (insert ,update and delete or call a procedure..)..

and I 'm new of this technology..is there some that gives me an help?

I see that i download oracle application express but i read that it's necessary oracle data REST..and i don't know how to go on....

My agency is moving out of its environment and I can't use dblink unfortunately


Is thwere someone that explain me step by step what have I to do?
