Solution for freight adjustment

JDE 9.2

The user is asking if there is way to automate the following:

If all items on an order are in the same item group, then no freight is charged. However, if any item on the order isn't in that item group, then freight is charged.

I've tried looking at a basket adjustment or something like that, but I'm not having much luck.

Any ideas?
