ECC v9 - how to assign a new tabbed container / dashboard to a responsibilty?

ECC v9 - creating new dashboards

I have created a copy of the payables ECC app/dashboard and added three new pages. I have then assigned the page urls to new functions. The functions are added to a new menu for a particular responsibility.

The responsibility now has a menu

-   New Home

-   New page 1

-   New page 2

-   New page 3

Each page works, but the home (the tabbed pages/dashboard) does not work.

What have I missed in the setup?

How can I get the homepage / dashboard / container working to show the 3 pages?
