Project is not visible in OMW after promoting it to next status

Hi All,

Our functional team has promoted the OMW project from OMW web to the next status and we are not able to see the project in OMW after promotion. It is disappeared and not visible in OMW anymore. Please note that it is not UDO project to get promoted from OMW web.

We had to recreate the record in F98220 for this project to get it back (visible) in OMW.

Kindly suggest if promotion from OMW web for this non-UDO project caused the issue here ?

If yes, then why it is not happening for other projects as functional team is using OWM web only for other projects promotion.
