Do you always apply the "Linux: ORA-800 / Set Priority / DB Performance Merge Patch"

Hi,

regarding quarterly patch of RUs: Do you always apply the recommendet OnOff "Linux: ORA-800 / Set Priority / DB Performance Merge Patch" in GRID and RDBMS Homes (also see Doc ID 35990282.8)?

As of now we have never applied this patch and we havn't observed any problems with real time scheduling of some processes. So, dear DBAs: Did you have made any worse experiences without applying this patch?
