Weblogic Patch 34065178 did not solve problem described in Doc ID 2922620.1

Hi all,

Weblogic Version 12.2.1.4 with Forms + Reports

I installed Patch 35899167 / WLS Stack Patch Bundle 12.2.1.4 231011.

Before Installing the Patch I installed Java 8 Version 391 and Patch 34065178 as described in installation guide.

After that I get the error message on starting Weblogic Server as described in: 'Issue After Applying SPB 34689215 On Weblogic 12214 (Doc ID 2922620.1)'.

But the recommended Patch 34065178 did not help in my case, the same with Patch 33903365 , problem still persists. What can I do ?
