After the promotion of worker the annual leave plan stopped and again started next day

Three worker were promoted from the 15th Jan. Both roles are Operational, and their leave should continue with the same Annual leave Plan. For some reason their plan has stopped on the 14th Jan and restarted on the 15th Jan. This issue has found in Fusion.
