Canadian Year End Build R77120 Creates Records For Relevé 1 With an Incorrect Corporate Tax ID

Could someone share the proven workarounds for the Bug 36183151 - CANADIAN YEAR-END HAS INCORRECT COMPANY TAX ID (BIN) FOR RELEVÉ 1 or if someone from Oracle team could give the insight what the bug fix will look like - will it address the existing data or is it only a config change for going forward?

We tried deleting F5 value from 2023 Tax History Summary, reposting and regenerating YE Workbench and it produces the desired result for Releve 1 records, but I am hesitant to recommend this as a solution to our pay team. We have over 2,000 problematic RL1 records for 2023. Please share what worked for you.
