Missing WWW-Authenticate header

Just upgraded to OEM 13.5.0.19 and suddenly I'm unable to log into My Oracle Support. I'm getting the message:

Authentication Error: Please Check Your Credentials

The emoms.log file shows the following:

2024-02-02 07:04:09,650 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '68' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR mos.MOSARUOAuthLoginHelper logp.251 - Exception during OAuth login Missing WWW-Authenticate header.

oracle.sysman.emInternalSDK.core.mos.model.MOSException: Authentication Error: Please check your credentials: Missing WWW-Authenticate header.

Anybody had a similar issue?
