Not able to set processing constraint on Override ATP flag

Hi,

We are Oracle EBS 12.2.9.

In order management, we want to set up audit history on Override ATP flag. But in processing constraints form > in the attribute field, override ATP is not available to be selected in the LOV. So like other fields like Request date, delivery lead time, and demand class - we are not able to setup a "require history" rule for Override ATP. Any pointers in this regard will be helpful.
