Work Centre- Invalid Address Number for User

Hello,

TR-9.2.5.6, AR-9.2, DB-DB2 as400.

I have created a user with name SNRAJ and the address book created with number as 40011083 . once going to application of work center the message pop up "Invalid Address Number for User " is seen.

Please help me out the with solution as i have checked with other address number to this ID with Sch Typ V its working fine the issue is with this Address Number Only.

UPDATE ......

I think i have found the solution but let me check first if not succeeded then again i will update.
