An error occurs when installing OracleDeveloperStudio12.6 on Solaris11.4 (SPARK 64bit).

When installing Oracle Developer Studio 12.6 on Solaris 11.4 (SPARK 64bit), the following error occurs.

pkg install: Unable to install a matching version of Developer/developerstudio-126.

Reason: Unable to install Require dependency version matching developer/developerstudio-126/c++@12.6-1.0.0.1.

Reason: Unable to install a version that matches the required dependency library /c++/stdcxx.

Reason: This version is excluded from the installed legal entity integration /userland/userland-incorporation@11.4-11.4.56.0.1.138.2.

How do I fix this?
