R12.2.10 Requestion FORM showing all item apart form Showing Specific Inventory item

We are Upgrade EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 , issue come with Requestion FORM, we created Multiple Custom MPR Responsibility each Responsibility having Org access to specific Inventory only and also we created custom Profile attach with each Responsibility . After Upgrade All user able to see full list of item which is available in All inventory .

Any thing we are missing to control this , Any standard Functionality available in R12.2.10 to restrict user base on Inventory Org Access for Requisition creation .
