OEM 13.5 with 19.21 database on Linux x86

We had an issue with the see Container and it seemed this container was not monitored. In fact, Datapatch failed to run entirely because of this. But, on checking, there is no entry as a component in OEM for Seed containers. Thus, any issue is not reported.

I'd like to have monitoring on the See container. How do I ?
